We’ll take this Ravensburger 500 piecer as a challenge, and hope it’s not like the one done on the puzzle board for the October 21st post. When messaging Ravensburger customer service  last week, they offered to replace the defective puzzle with another 500 piecer of my choice.  When it arrives, it’ll be added to the Puzzles Next page.
